ADDENDUM

The followings are addendum to the earlier circular broadcasted;

     1.     That members are availed the opportunity to send their emergency loan applications via our email but must ensure that the application carries all the required information as stated in the earlier circular, must be signed, phone number stated, scanned and sent to email address: frcnlagoscooperative@gmail.com.
     2.     Emergency loan application submission strictly ends on every Wednesdays of each week by 11.59pm as any application received after this time/day would be treated the following week.
     3.     Only applicants that qualify shall get text messages by Thursday to come for payment on Friday At the Treasurer’s office  ( in VON). They must come with the hard copy application (if sent through email) and proof of text message received.
    4.     Sales and submission of  loan forms is strictly on Wednesdays and ends by 1.00pm.
    5.     Members are also availed the opportunity to visit our website www.frcnlagoscms.org to print out the loan form, fill it appropriately and must ensure the attachment of current payslip and print out receipt of evidence of payment for loan form.

Ensure you submit at the president’s office or by proxy.

    6.     Applicants that qualify for loan would be notified through their phone numbers or email addresses, and transfer will be made  into the account details supplied on their loan form.

Kindly avail yourselves with the following details:

Membership form sale – N2, 000.00

Business loan form sale – N1, 000.00

Normal loan form sales – N500.00
